Voice and messaging orchestration

Inbound calls are answered by voice agents built on the xAI Voice Agent Builder, carried over SIP trunks. Text messages go out only through registered 10DLC campaigns.

The provider order and failover rules live in version controlled configuration. A provider fails over on an outage or timeout only, and a message that a carrier rejected for content or consent is never resent through another provider.

A deterministic consent and STOP state machine

Before any outbound phone call, SMS message, or email, a rule engine checks consent, STOP and do-not-contact status, and state rules, and it applies calling hours to phone calls and SMS messages. This check is ordinary code, not a model. A model cannot override it.

The same consent and STOP logic applies to every SMS provider, and an unknown consent source is treated as no consent.

Quote intake in one shared record

Each Customer has one intake record, built so voice agents, the lead source, and the licensed producer all add to it. Every field is appended, never overwritten, and tagged with who added it, so the history stays auditable.

A readiness score shows what is still missing before a quote can start. Agents never collect Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or card numbers.

Infrastructure and security

The platform runs on Google Cloud, AWS, Cloudflare, and Vercel. Claire is the proprietary inbound voice agent. Inbound voice audio is carried on SIP trunks to the xAI Voice Agent Builder. Claude model calls for the platform run on Amazon Bedrock. Transactional email can send through Amazon SES in us-east-2. Automation and cloud access use short lived workload identity, with no static keys in the code. Error tracking carries hashed identifiers, and code and CI logs carry no raw personal data.

Software handles speed and record keeping. Coverage is bound only by a licensed producer, and Weston Nelson writes every policy.
